1. All reservations made at Shanghai - Flavours of China Town are subject to availability. Please ensure that you confirm your reservation in advance.
2. Shanghai - Flavours of China Town reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
3. We strive to provide a pleasant dining experience; however, we are not responsible for any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please inform the staff of any allergies before ordering.
4. Any special requests, such as table preferences, dietary restrictions, or party arrangements, must be communicated at the time of reservation and are subject to availability.
5. Shanghai - Flavours of China Town is not responsible for any personal property left unattended or lost in the restaurant premises.
6. By visiting our restaurant, you consent to being contacted for future promotional offers or special events, in accordance with the opt-in consent provided during the booking or sign-up process.
7. If you request a demo or purchase demo services, you acknowledge that we will be reaching out to you for the purpose of providing the requested services. This includes the explicit consent to receive calls or SMS communications, which must be obtained through a sign-up process. Any proof of opt-in cannot be older than six months.
8. We reserve the right to modify or update our menu, pricing, and promotions at any time without prior notice.
9. A cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please inform us within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
